On clicking the Reset option, the Reset Order prompt will display. Select the reason code and click Continue. This will reset the order.


Resetting the order changes the order status back to open, and clears any receive information entered. This function is used, for example, when the user started to receive the wrong change order.

On clicking the edit option, you will be redirected to the Receive Order screen. MT-POS enables editing the change order, except the order confirmation number.
